RULES

1. Prize: Two (2) roundtrip vouchers per night for air travel from Missoula, Mont. to anywhere Allegiant flies based on availability.
   
2. Prize Redemption: Voucher is valid for one-way travel only on Allegiant Air. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Prize is non-transferable. Insurance, taxes, all expenses and incidentals not mentioned above and required travel documents are the responsibility of the winner and winner's travel guest. No substitution or transfer of prize or cash redemption is permitted. However Allegiant may, at its option, substitute another prize of equal or greater va lue, or the cash value of the above prize, if the stated prize is unavailable.
3. Use of Likeness: By accepting prize, winner consents to use of their name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
4. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the continental U.s., 18 years of age or old er. Employees (and their immediate families) of Allegiant Air, their subsidiaries, vendors, media partners and advertising agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
5. To Book: Reservations for travel can be made online at www.allegiantair.com or by calling Allegiant Air at 702-505-8888. Please have the Voucher Number and Booking Code available when calling for a seat reservation. Travel must be completed on or before the expiration date and will not be extended. Check-in at least 90 minutes before scheduled departure time.
6. Changes/Cancellation: Allegiant reserves the right to cancel, alter routes and times or suspend air service without notice. All changes must be made through Allegiant Air's reservation center at 702-505-8888.
7. Management reserves all rights. No cash value.
8. Hotel, transportation and baggage fees are not included.
9. Persons are not eligible to win tickets multiple nights of the Western Montana Fair.
